Review

Batch & Co opened in June 2016 but we only got round to visiting for the first time last month. I’m glad we did because it’s a lovely place for a chilled Saturday morning brunch.

The coffee shop is quite trendy and decorated in an quirky industrial style. It’s large enough and there are plenty of tables and seats. There are even some tables outside. Perfect for a summer lunch!

The menu is as you would expect; eggs, toast etc. They also have a selection of pastries and cakes on the counter that look delicious. Aside from the coffee (which is awesome) they also have fridge with a selection of soft drinks and craft beers. They even have a craft beer brewed in Streatham!

To drink I had a Mocaccino to satisfy my sweet tooth. Pip had an Americano:

The coffee they use is really good!

And to eat we had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on sourdough toast:

It was delicious. The staff were careful to follow our request for no butter on the toast.

In total food and drinks for two people came to £21.90 which is reasonable.
